Grrrrr, I suffer from autophobia (look it up) it’s not an ongoing thing but seems to come in waves, and guess what?? It happened again last night and as a result because i was home COMPLETELY alone I started with the insomnia too!!<\/p>\n

I am now a firm believer that insomnia is the worst thing in the world to suffer from…you want to know how to upset you enemies keep them awake for hours and slow time down so that every second feels like a minute, minute like an hour etc. You get the picture.<\/p>\n

HOWEVER on the flip side it did do wonders for my vocabulary! I started a book at 23:30 last night (Peter Staub, In The Dark Room for anyone thats interested) and finished it at 03:30 this morning, as a result i now know what Palindromic means!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
