Birmingham market end of the day trade, they split all the left over fruit and veg into bowls and sell then for £1 or some traders £1.50 for 2. One day I’m going leave work early enough to get me enough fruit to make a pile of smoothies.

I returned to work today after a couple of days off with a chest infection, this was waiting for me on my return.
