AHHH!!

(in the words of Sam…) Fucking GUTTERSKANK FUCKWIT COCK!!!!

Why can some people not take a hint!!!

After weeks and weeks of me ingnoring all calls and text messages from some silly man, who refusues to take NO for an answer, I finally thought he’d got the message and had stopped calling me….Yeah right!!

It lasted about 2 days….

Last night, at quater to midnight I recieved 8 missed calls, 3 answer machine messages and 5 text messages!! I am not happy! And yes I’ve done the obvious thing and blocked his mobile number, so what does he do, borrow other peoples mobile and/or use landlines whos numbers I obviously dont recongnise,

So if my physchotic stalker is reading this…..FUCK OFF MORON LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Handstands in the morning….

Oh ouch, What happened last night? A quick drink with my sister and some friends from school (who I dont see enough ) in the pub turned into “a few pints of Stella, A few more Jack Daniels and a couple of Vodka Redbulls to go with them”, and a party back at mine!

It started it off as a very VERY boring night, Everyone there was in a couple, except for me the “token” single of the group. So I sat there trying to look interested in the talk of Phil and Sarahs upcoming wedding, Dave and Stephs’ house sale, and the domestic bliss of married life with the choice of which colour placemats to have on the dinner table, while trying to keep track of who was talking to who, As having 2 Sarahs and 2 Stephs in one group did lead to some confusion!

BUT eventually the drink started flowing, as did the “Do you remeber…” stories from school and thinks picked up, They picked up to the point where no one wanted to go home so everyone piled into the non-driners cars and headed back to mine via the off-licence. The drinking continued, Dave was sick and then fell over, the rest of us dranks some more, my sister went home, Taxis were called and eventually ther was just me a Toby left to keep the pace going…and we did with some vigour it all accumalated to me and him doing handstands in my back garden at 2o’clock this morning, we both impressed ourselves, mainly because I hadn’t attempted to handstand since I dont know when, and we both managed to pull it off with out injuring ourselves in our pissed up state! Toby left shortly afterwards and I headed..room spinning…to bed.

Woke up this morning feeling surprisingly clear headed, intill I saw the devastation in my front room, empty beer cans, Vodka bottles and glasses EVERYWHERE!! I couldn’t face it all then so I left it exactly where it was and headed off to work.

Now I dont usually work Saturdays so I dont normally see Wolverhampton town centre on a Saturday afternoon as I can usually be found in Walsall of Birmingham, Imagine my surprise to see quite how RANDOM it has all become!

Town was absolutly packed!! I was rushed off my feet all day, and as the day wore on the worse I started to feel and to make matters worse a group of 8 people in blue jump suit,s an air raid siren and a megaphone were walking up and down the street outside the shop giving away free milkshakes, just as I thought the noise couldn’t get any louder a gosple choir set up acroos the road with a preacher and started singing top of there voices while there leader was condeming anyone who came with in bellowing distance of them! I’m sure they were in competition with the air raid siren to see who could make the most noise I was glad when home time came!
So I went home tidied up and went to bed for an hour which made me feel a lot better, but unfortunatly means I cant sleep now.

So it’s Sturday night I have nowhere to go, and no one to see. I cant sleep and I have nothing to do. So you get to hear me complain about it…..I’m bored, I’m bored, I’m bored…..oh an hungry too!

I aint no killjoy BUT….

…Trick or Treaters …..at 10:45 PM NOOOooooo!!!

And it’s not even halloween till Monday! It’s not big, It’s not clever and I’m not going to open my front door to teenage deliquants at that time of night!!!

Ok getting ready to go out so this is going to be quick.

Today I worked my ass off, I cant believe how busy town was, so now I need some downtime before I go and face it all again tomorrow (not too bad really as I work in retail and this is the first Saturday I’m going to have had to work since May!). So I’m going to brave the tempramental weather and head to the “local” with my sister and some friends,
I use the term local very loosely as its not in walking distance so not THAT local and its definitly NOT my choice of establishment, It was my sisters opition, but when you’ve limited choice in the backwater of Wolverhampton…. if it serves beer it’ll do!

Who is the world WORST mother??

Erm..yep that’ll be me!!

Last night between 6 and 7 was football training, Just like it is every Wednesday, BUT for some stupid reason last night I’d convinced myself that it was between 7 and 8. Guess who turned up just at the end of the match? Guess who is now not very popular with thier son ?
No amount of bribery will cheer him up! He is still sulking and I quote him as saying “Next time I tell you we’re late you’ll listen to me wont you!!.”
Cheeky little…..ummm well.

Also my younger sister, Emma, took her driving test today. She passed first time, I’m now unsure as to whether I’ll ever get round to learning to drive, If I dont pass first time also she’ll never let me live it down, although I really, really, really want to be able drive, (Despite the absolute terror I feel whenever I’ve ventured behind the wheel before and the panicky feeling I get just thinking about it). The older I get the wider my circle of friends gets and the more travelling I seem to have to do So to be able to drive would save me a lot of time on buses/trains/taxis, although I probablly wouldn’t get as much reading done!

Todays Thursday, tomorrows Friday and the weekend begins, as per usual I have no plans. Its my brothers birthday tomorrow but I know I wont see him, I might just hole myself up in the house with a bottle of wine and finally get round to watching season 4 of 24, or I could invite people round for a film night, or…oh I dont know, the possibilites are endless.
As I’m sure I’ve said before…It’s better having nothing to do when you have someone to do it with!

P.S If anybody reading this was watching crap daytime television today and happened to switch onto “Brainteaser” dinnertime….That was my Grandad playing!
Didn’t he do well….semi finals….if anyone taped it can I have a copy only I forgot it was on and didn’t watch it oopppss!!

Silly SILLY shoes…

Anyone who knows me well will be aware that I virtually live in my converse trainers, They are so comfortable and they go with ANYTHING, The only place I cant really get away with wearing them is in work where I have a lovley pair of FLAT black shoes with pink (I like to be different) stripes on them, So why in a fit of GOD KNOWS WHAT this morning did I decide to wear heels to work??

And no, not a nice sensible pair of clunky platforms or a pair of decent wedges but stillettos…

…Stillettos, in a job that requires me to be on my feet ALL DAY.

…Stillettos, even though I knew I’d got some errands to do before I could come home from work and kick them off,

…Bloody god forsaken 2 1/2 inch stilletto heels in the rain!!!
I MUST BE MAD, and now also in a quite significant ammount of pain..

..on the bright side (my girly bit coming out) I also wore a skirt/suit as opposed to a trouser/suit to work which I also rarely do but had some really nice comments and the shoes did make my legs look great, HA!!

Rant over… Had a really good weekend Friday night I went to my mom’s and ordered curry with my sister Hmmm Rogan Josh, saturday I went shopping with friends in Walsall, and on the night I went to see “Corpse Bride” the new Tim Burton motion-stop animation. It was brilliant, the story was good witha fantastic cast of “voices” and in typical Tim Burton fashion the
detail/colours/direction was superb!

Afterward went back into Walsall for drinks with some well, are they my friends or just friends of an ex-friend…I’m never sure how to refer to them but they’re lovely people, It was good night although I never quite made it home despite setting out with all good intentions, ended up staying over at Catherines and then heading into Birmingham with James again Sunday where in similar fashion to last weekend we camped out in Starbucks drinking Vanilla Latte and watching the rain! Finally made it home around 18:30 where I had to peel off my wet clothes, decided not to do anything so made my self a cup of tea and curled op on the sofa to watch “Lost in Translation” as recommended by Cat and Steve as I’d never seen it before, They were right it is a lovely film!

Went to bed shhortly after to read my book till I fell asleep, woke up this morning in a brilliant mood then went to work in SILLY SHOES!!

Just to finsih with something I found extremely amusing,

My friends Phil and Sarah are getting married next year so have decided (for reasons known only to themselves) that now would be a good time to move house!
They contacted an estate agents who have advertised their house online. But instead of putting a picture of the house they’ve out up a picture of the garden looking out from the house including the shed….with the advertising of “beautiful one bedroom property with garden” HAHAHAHA…Well I thought it was funny….shed…..one bed property….oh never mind!

Its Friday again….surprisingly!

Where has the week gone??

Last Friday I was sitting here moaning that I didn’t know what to do with myself and now look I’ve been that busy I’ve only had time for one blog all week!

Ok my week went like this..

Sunday, a coffee in Birmingham with James turned into an all day of MANY Vanilla Lattes, food and then beer, 10 hours later we decide to head home, It was a brilliant day and to completely ripof James indeed Sundays coudl well turn out to be the NEW Saturdays!!
Monday, I spent the day in work with Al trying to cheer him up as a group of complete and utter fuck wit reprobates decided to use him in a penalty shoot out Friday night….and he was the ball!!

Tuesday, was only supposed to be in work till one but Al called in sick as his physio wouldn’t let him come in, So as that left only me a Sean (the new manager) in ALL day we couldn’t leave the store as two people have to be on the premises at ALL times! So that was a nice a 9 hour shift without breaks and all my plans for the afternoon out the window.

Wednesday, was just work and football for the lil’ un, which is always amusing, 15 little kids running round the spors hall with absolutley no comprehension of what they’re supposed to be doind, my son throwing a fit everytime I laugh at him falling over and me and another of the parents standing on the side lines taking the piss out of everyone and everything around us.

Yesterday, I had my hair cut!!! its purple, its spikey. I LOVE IT!! then to work where me manager thought it would be a good idea to lock me in the display cabinet!! (THANKS SEAN!!)
Then last night it was the school Halloween Fany Dress disco, yes I know a week early but the schools are closed next week for half term, so it was a mad rush back home with outfit for Jordan to get him changed and back to school in time for the fun to begin, It was a good night for the kids, although i’m not sure who mad the most noise them or me and the group of parents and teachers I was laughing with in the corner!

Today, Wrok then home, no plans tonight, no plans tomorrow and no plans for Sunday SO if anybody has any ideas PLEASE let me know!!!

Phew..Its official my life IS a soap opera!

Phew…its Wednesday and since my last post Friday about having nothing to do, which by the way I did find something to do and didn’t go to bed, I’ve had too much going on that, now, as in right this minute is the first time I’ve really had enough time to sit down relax and update my blog…right I’ll start from the begining last Friday night, after I wrote my last blog…

…Ok got off the computer and recieved a phone call off my sister asking me to meet her at our nans’s, which I did and naturally I “had” to take some lager with me, so me and my little sis’ sat in my grandparents living room and proceeded to finish all those off and start on my Nans wine taking the piss outta my Mom (who was also there) and of course my Nan.
On the way home I bumped into some friends of mine, who were just heading into the local DIVE for a quick drink and Karaoke so now you know how much I’d really had to drink because I ended up singing and I NEVER sing in public!!!

Saturday was like something out of the twilight zone to start with, with me running around like a headless chicken!!

Woke up around 10 not feeling to bad… despite mixing my wine with lager the night before…and decided to lie in bed watching telly for a bit before I dragged myself outta bed to meet Steve for lunch, well at least that was the plan!

10:20 the phone rings, its my mom in a complete panic, Sam (her dog) had collapse on the living room floor and she cant move him and he’s completly lost the ability to move himself. So my first response is have you rang the vet, she’s like “NO its Saturday where can I go?”, Oh dear I think, but what I say is “Right stay there I’ll be round in 2mins” So I dives up the stairs two at a time gets dressed at the same time as leafing through the yellow pages and using my mobile to call vets and as neither of us drive calling my Grandad to get up here in the car.

So I gets round to my mom’s in record time, my grandads already there and i’m like right get him into the car I know where were going. So it takes three of us to get him into the car…(I should have mentioned before he ain’t no small dog…Doberman cross!!)..and off we go, breaking every law of the road to get into Wolverhampton town centre.

I’d called ahead to say we were on our way, so when I got there I dived into the reception, leaving everyone in the car, to register him in and fetch someone with a stretcher to help us get him inside! Anyway I get back to the car and go to tell my mom everythings being sorted and someone will be along shortly but there she is in the back seat, gasping for breathe and looking decidedly pale..she’s having an asthma attack bought on by all the anxiety and rushing around, AND she’s forgotten her inhaler, so here I come to the rescue again, out comes the mobile to ring work the other side of town, where I know my assistant manager will be with an inhaler as she has asthma too. Linford Christie style I take off down the road to do the minute mile to pick it up!

When I get back to the vets Sam (and my Mom) are in the surgery so I dives through the offices to get the inhaler to my mom and I don’t know who’s more relieved to see me, my mom or the vet. The look on her face said it all, she was obviously used to dealing with sick animals but hadn’t got a clue when it came to humans!!

So after we’d calmed everyone down (including myself as by the time I got back I’m not sure who need the medication more, me or my mom) It was time to sort the dog out…I’m not gonna go into detail as the next 20 mins were not nice, the dog had a tumor and needed to be put to sleep, my mom was distraught and I was in tears, we’d had the dog 13 years so it wasn’t like it wasn’t expected but it was still hard to deal with.

Anyway after I’d paid the vet and got my mon back into the car I had to then hotfoot it back across town to return my managers inhaler to her. Came back out of the store and finally had time to breathe… It was like WOAH…only 45 minutes had passed since I first got the phone call off my mom and I couldn’t believe how much had happened, I went round to the Royal London knocked back a double Jack Daniels and Coke and rang Steve to apologise for standing him up…luckily he’d been called into work anyway so all was ok.

Caught the bus home and recieved a phone call off Sharon finding out what I was up to as we were due to go out that night and she wanted to shop for new shoes…the £££ signs flashed before me and I thought RETAIL THERAPY, called into my mom’s witha bottle of brandy for her and to check everything was ok, then up to Walsall to SHOP SHOP SHOP!

Bought an amazing outfit, had some lunch, went home, showered etc and went back to Walsall for what can only be described as a TOP night out in this little “rock” bar in the town centre! Ended the night dancing with strangers in KFC!!

ERM had a brilliant day sunday but as I just noticed the time and i gotta get my lil’ un to football in 20 mins I’ll blog about it later! xx
