This is brilliant stuff, Steph and a 'how to' guide for Flickr users to build bridges with their councils - and vica versa.

For projects to be really worthwhile they should be genuinely collaborative. The things that have been done in Walsall are just that. Much of the credit for these projects should go to people like yourself and Lee who are prepared to do stuff, listen and come up with really exciting ideas.

From my point of view, it's local people taking pictures of local stuff. What's not to like?
